It comes with the download .zip file and it should contain step-by-step instructions on how to properly use your item. Also, if you purchased a WordPress theme and you are having trouble with a .zip file, please note that the downloadable file you get from our site is not the theme .zip file but the file for all files including the theme file, documentation and other bundled files like Photoshop mockups. So you should always unzip the main file and load the documentation, and your theme’s .zip file will be located in its designated folder.
